1. Services Provided

Dash Baby Dash! provides professional consulting and digital services including Shopify automation, n8n workflow consulting, AI dashboards, and custom automation solutions. The specific scope of work will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal before the project begins.

2. Payment Terms

Invoices are due within 14 days of receipt. Failure to pay on time may result in a suspension of services or late fees.

3. Refund Policy

Once work has commenced on a project or consultation, fees are non-refundable.

4. No Guarantees

While we utilize our expertise to assist your business, we do not guarantee specific results, financial outcomes, or business growth. Strategy and implementation success depend on various market factors beyond our control.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dash Baby Dash! shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or reliance on the information provided.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all fees, the Client owns the rights to all final deliverables created specifically for them. Dash Baby Dash! retains the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during the project for other clients, provided no confidential information is disclosed.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Netherlands.
